Cake Transportation Disclaimer | 蛋糕运输免责声明

 

Cakes are delicate food items. Please keep them flat and avoid any sudden movements or shaking during transport.

If you choose to self-collect, or transport the cake via motorcycle, car, ride-hailing service, or any third-party delivery method, at sucré will not be held responsible for any tilting, deformation, damage, or melting caused during transportation once the cake leaves our store.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or compensation for transportation-related damage.

Collection of the cake serves as confirmation that the customer has inspected and accepted the cake in good condition, and is aware of all transportation risks.

蛋糕属于易损食品,请全程平放并避免剧烈晃动。

若顾客选择自行携带,或使用摩托车、汽车、网约车、第三方配送等方式运输,蛋糕离店后因运输导致的倾斜、变形、损坏、融化等情况,本店概不负责,亦不接受退款或赔偿。

取货即代表顾客已确认蛋糕完好,并知悉运输风险。


Non-Returnable Policy

As our products are perishable, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance.

Exchanges 

Once an order is confirmed, only one flavor change is allowed. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once the order has entered the production stage, no further changes can be made. All modifications are subject to final confirmation, and no additional changes will be accepted thereafter.
