Thank you for choosing at sucré. We put great care and love into crafting every cake, and we want to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please take a moment to read our collection and transportation policy below.
- at sucré does not provide delivery. All cakes must be self-collected from our store.
- Cakes are delicate, perishable items. Please keep the cake flat and avoid any sudden movements or shaking during transport.
- If you choose to transport the cake via motorcycle, car, ride-hailing service, or any third-party delivery method, at sucré will not be held responsible for any tilting, deformation, damage, or melting that occurs once the cake has left our premises.
- at sucré does not accept returns, refunds, or compensation for any transportation-related damage or complaints once the product has left our store.
- In the event of damage during self-arranged transport, any claims should be directed to the relevant courier or logistics provider. We are happy to assist with any necessary information.
- Please ensure that you or a designated recipient is available to handle the cake upon collection. If you have arranged third-party pickup, please ensure all contact details are accurate.
- Collection of the cake serves as confirmation that you have inspected and accepted the cake in good condition, and that you understand and accept all transportation risks.

- 若顾客选择自行携带，或通过摩托车、汽车、网约车、第三方配送等任何方式运输，蛋糕离店后因运输造成的倾斜、变形、损坏、融化等情况，本店概不负责。
- 蛋糕离店后，本店不接受任何因运输导致的退款、赔偿或投诉申请。
- 如因自行安排运输造成损坏，顾客可直接向相关快递或物流方追责，本店愿意提供必要的联系资料以协助处理。
- 请确保取货时本人或指定人员能妥善接收及保管蛋糕。如委托第三方代取，请确保联系方式准确无误。
- 取货即视为顾客已确认蛋糕完好，并知悉及接受运输过程中的一切风险。
